La Molina Christian School is located about an hour and a half from the house in which we are staying so we were supposed to leave the house by 6:00am in order to arrive in time to set up for our presentation at 8:00. Several people slept through their alarm clocks and when I noticed how quiet everything was, I had to wake them up to get them going. They quickly jumped out of bed and got ready to leave. Some were able to get a little more sleep in the car as we went to the school.

Since our driver had arrived a little late to pick us up, we barely made it on time for our chapel presentation. We quickly unloaded and had chapel for the 4th through 6th graders followed by another chapel for the 1st through 3rd graders. This school is taught in English so our presentations were done in English which was a change for the normal.

After chapel, we helped some of the teachers with several tasks such as playing with the kids during breaks, cutting out materials for bulletin boards, covering books in the library, and reorganizing the library. That evening, we were in charge of "Alta Ruta" (The Higher Route) which is a meeting for junior high students. We had a few team building games prepared for them as well as a lesson on pride. After finishing the meeting and saying our goodbyes, we returned home to get some rest for a busy Saturday.
