After a 2 hour delay in the Atlanta airport and another hour delay in the Atlanta runway before takeoff, we finally arrived in Lima at 2:00am. At first we were not sure that all of our luggage was going to arrive as one of the reasons given for the delay was that the airplane was overweight. All the luggage did arrive however and we were able to get through customs without any problems. We finally arrived at the house where we are staying at 3:30am. (Just a reminder that Lima is 1 hour earlier than Eastern Daylight Savings Time.)

We were able to sleep in and then enjoyed a nice brunch before practicing our programs. Tomorrow, we will be working on the floor and ceiling of a church starting at 8:30am and then doing a church presentation at 7:30. The open-air service for tomorrow was canceled.
